Jean-Jacques’ training in Krav Maga began almost two decades ago. Jean-Jacques

the world, and his Krav Maga teaching experience includes training U.S. military and
law enforcement officers.
Instructor - Mary Anne Franks
Mary Anne Franks first became interested in Krav Maga because she wanted to learn a practical and efficient form of self-defense. Mary Anne is passionate about teaching Krav Maga because she believes that it helps people live the lives they want to live. When people feel strong and secure in their bodies, they are much less susceptible to fear, harassment and intimidation. Teaching Krav Maga is Mary Anne’s way of sharing the gift of confidence and strength.
Legal Guru & Krav Maga Boot Camp Instructor - Adam "Mait"
Simply put, Mait will make you sweat, get you in shape, and teach you how to be an effective Krav Maga killing machine...Well at least he thinks he is that cool ;). If you are down for a killer workout, that incorporates many Krav Maga moves, then come take a class with Mait...if you dare! Additionally, Mait, a former Assistant State Attorney (prosecutor) at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, brings with him a specialized legal skillset. In addition to providing insights on how to protect yourself from physical attacks, Mait provides students with keen insights and guidance on use of force, self-defense, and how to stay out of the courtroom (i.e., safe from a lawsuit, or worse, criminal charges).
Assistant Instructor - Frank Ibrahim
Frank is a United States Navy veteran and fully supports our veterans and law enforcement personnel. Frank's experience in the martial arts world is not limited to Krav Maga. He has previously been an assistant instructor of Goju- Ryu Karate, has practiced Tae Kwon Do, and Jeet Kun Do. "What Krav Maga does is bring common sense to the table. Simple and direct, this is what you need to get home safe."
